Valson Industries has acquired the leasehold land from MIDC situated at Plot No T-14, Amravati Industrial Area (Textile Park), MIDC, Amravati in state of Maharashtra. The board of directors by passing circular resolution has authorized Director-CFO, CEO and Vice President to execute the lease deed and any other documents with MIDC.
Valson Industries was incorporated in 1983 and is one of the leading manufacturers of polyester texturised dyed yarn and processors of cotton and other fancy yarns in India with customers having diverse uses.
