Empower India has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, to approve and take a record the unaudited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in consonance with aforementioned Board Meeting and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain close for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from November 03, 2016 to November 14, 2016.
