Sat Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, to consider Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for designated employees of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 16, 2016 and shall reopen on November 17, 2016. During this period, the Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents shall not deal in the shares of the Company.
