UCO Bank has raised Rs 270.59 crore by issuing over 7 crore shares to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on preferential basis. The Bank has issued and allotted 71,700,000 equity shares of Rs 10 to LIC at an issue price of Rs 37.74 per equity share including a premium of Rs 27.74 on preferential basis. The shares will be under lock-in for a period of one year from the date of trading from the Stock Exchanges i.e. NSE & BSE where the equity shares of the Bank are listed.
