Hubtown has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 10, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Second Quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from December 02, 2016 to December 12, 2016. The Trading Window will re-open on December 13, 2016.
