Punj Lloyd slips on reporting net loss of Rs 225.80 crore in Q2

Punj Lloyd is currently trading at Rs. 20.25, down by 0.50 points or 2.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 20.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 20.70 and Rs. 19.90 respectively. So far 1,57,382 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 31.65 on 05-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.90 on 09-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 21.80 and Rs. 19.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 670.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 36.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.08% and 54.79% respectively.

The company has reported a net loss of Rs 225.80 crore for second quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to a net loss of Rs 226.41 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 5.77% at Rs 1024.03 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 1086.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
