In accordance with Rane Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished price sensitive information, the Trading Window would remain closed for promoters, directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from December 10, 2016 to January 25, 2017 for the purpose of considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2016.
