Batliboi has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from December 20, 2016 to February 05, 2017 to consider Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all the Directors and Designated personnel as defined in the Batliboi code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The Trading Window shall remain open from February 06, 2017 onwards.
