Further, in terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for designated employees and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from January 06, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 to the public.
