Gujarat Hotels has reported results for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.
On the standalone basis, the company has posted a rise of 39.36% in its net profit at Rs 1.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 0.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However total income has decreased by 10.09% at Rs 0.98 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011
Gujarat Hotels was incorporated under a joint venture agreement signed between the company and Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation in1982.
