Kaveri Seed Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 09, 2017, has approved the request received from Rangineni Venumanohar Rao for re-classifying the status of his name from Promoter group to Public Category as permitted under sub-regulation (2) read with (7) of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, subject to the approval of the Stock Exchanges and other regulatory authorities, if any.
