High Ground Enterprise has decided to set up a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Singapore under the name and style of ‘HGEL International’. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 18, 2017 has decided for the same.
Further, the company is in process for obtaining necessary approval and formalities required by the relevant regulatory authorities.
High Ground Enterprise has two divisions - Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) and Allied media services (M&A).
