Veritas (India) has formed a wholly owned limited liability partnership (LLP) ‘Veritas Infra LLP’, which is registered with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on November 30, 2016 and LLP agreement was duly approved by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) on January 09, 2017.
Veritas Infra LLP is in the business of infrastructure activities such as development, maintenance and operations of all type of infrastructural projects or facilities including port related activities.
Veritas (India) is focused on international trade & distribution of chemicals - petrochemicals / polymers / paper & paper boards / rubber / heavy distillates.
