State Bank of Mysore reports net loss of Rs 20 crore in Q3

State Bank of Mysore has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2016.

The Bank has reported a net loss of Rs 20.25 crore for the quarter under review as compared to a net profit of Rs 26.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the Bank increased 1.99% at Rs 1978.85 crore for Q3FY17 as compared to Rs 1940.22 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

The Bank’s gross NPA for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal increased to 14.46%, as compared to 5.48% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA stood at 9.22% in Q3FY17.
