Captain Polyplast has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016. Further, in terms of provisions in the Company’s code of conduct of insider trading (code), the trading window ‘for trading in equity share of the Company’ shall remain closed from February 03, 2017 to February 13, 2017 for all concern persons as per insider trading code of the Company.
