HRB Floriculture has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 and to take on record the Limited Review Report for the said quarter. Further, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from January 30, 2017 to February 16, 2017.
