Nila Infrastructures has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016. In this regard, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from February 02, 2017 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results. The Trading Window shall reopen from February 11 2017.
