Hubtown has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, to consider the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2016. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017. The Trading Window will re-open on February 16, 2017.
