Symphony trades with traction on the bourses

Symphony is currently trading at Rs. 1310.00, up by 5.25 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 1304.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1315.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1322.00 and Rs. 1308.00 respectively. So far 282 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1465.00 on 26-Oct-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 979.50 on 26-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1404.00 and Rs. 1280.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9229.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while institutions and non-institutions held 12.67% and 12.33% respectively.

Symphony’s step-down-subsidiary - Impco S de R L de CV, Mexico (IMPCO) has bought back its entire shareholding held by Sylvan Holding, Singapore (Sylvan) and thus IMPCO has become a direct subsidiary of the company.

Symphony manufactures products like domestic air coolers, industrial air coolers, and water heaters. It has its operations in about 60 countries.
