Further, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Connected person Designated employees of the Company, with effect from February 06, 2017 to February 15, 2017. The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from February 16, 2017.
