OFSS surges on reporting 21% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Oracle Financial Services Software is currently trading at Rs. 3663.55, up by 100.45 points or 2.82 % from its previous closing of Rs. 3563.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3596.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3670.15 and Rs. 3577.65 respectively. So far 1826 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3985.65 on 18-Aug-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2795.75 on 23-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3706.80 and Rs. 3520.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 30791.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.13%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.79% and 8.08% respectively.

Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) has reported 7.24% rise in its net profit at Rs 235.53 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 as compared to Rs 219.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.46% at Rs 992.12 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 923.26 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 20.65% rise in its net profit at Rs 319.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, as compared to Rs 264.65 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14.09% at Rs 1196.66 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 1048.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
