With reference to earlier letter dated January 21, 2017 intimating the fire incident at the Company’s 2x60 MW Captive Power Plant at Choudwar, Odisha, Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys has now informed that kindly note that Turbine No.1 was synchronised with the grid on February 20, 2017 after damage to peripheral areas was repaired and other necessary maintenance carried out. The Turbine No.2 had already been revived shortly after the incident itself.
