With reference to earlier letter dated February 13, 2017, Bombay Rayon Fashions has now informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 06, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. In this connection, in terms of the code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors & Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from February 27, 2017 till 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results in the newspapers.
