Baba Arts surges on commencing new line of business

Baba Arts is currently trading at Rs. 3.60, up by 0.25 points or 7.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 3.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3.66 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3.66 and Rs. 3.60 respectively.

The BSE group 'XD' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4.48 on 03-Nov-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.79 on 29-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3.77 and Rs. 3.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 27.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.01% and 25.04% respectively.

Baba Arts has commenced new line of business of import, export, wholesale and retail trading of PVC Resin, HDPE, LDPE, PP and all kinds of plastic raw materials and goods. The company will invest Rs 10 crore towards working capital of business.

Baba Arts is an India-based company, which is engaged in providing post production services to entertainment industry in its post-production studio. The company’s principal activities include motion, picture, videotape and television program production services.
