Puravankara has informed that the following was the outcome of the meeting of Board of Directors of Puravankara (formerly Puravankara Projects) held today: Kuldeep Chawla has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Puravankara with effect from March 08, 2017, in terms of the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and in terms of regulation 2(1)(f) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board placed on record the resignation of Hari Ramakrishnan from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from March 08, 2017, in terms of the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and in terms of regulation 2(1)(f) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Hari Ramakrishnan continues in full-time employment of the Company.
