Rajvir Industries trades in green despite reporting 24% fall in Q4 net profit

Rajvir Industries is currently trading at Rs. 81.90, up by 1.00 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 80.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 81.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 81.90 and Rs. 81.90 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 196.90 on 20-May-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 72.60 on 9-May-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 83.90 and Rs. 72.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 24.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.33% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.78% and 30.89% respectively. 

Rajvir Industries has reported results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.

On standalone basis, the company has posted a fall of 23.94% in its net profit at Rs 1.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 2.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.   However, total income has increased by 65.44% at Rs 76.25 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 46.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
