Further, The trading window for Directors and Insiders (as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading) is closed from March 10, 2017 up to 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting is communicated to Stock Exchange on the date of Meeting. The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from March 17, 2017.
