Kothari Sugars and Chemicals has received credit rating certificate from Credit rating agency ICRA, who has assigned BBB rating to Kothari Sugars and Chemicals’ long term Debt Programme. The rating agency has also assigned A2 rating to short term Debt Programme of the company.

Kothari Sugars and Chemicals is engaged in manufacturing of sugar, industrial alcohol and bio-compost. At present, the company runs three manufacturing facilities located at Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The company’s manufacturing units have received ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14001-2004 for quality management system and environmental management system respectively.
