Nila Infrastructures shines on bagging construction contract worth Rs 131.67 crore

Nila Infrastructures is currently trading at Rs. 17.60, up by 1.05 points or 6.34 % from its previous closing of Rs. 16.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 17.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 17.75 and Rs. 17.00 respectively. So far 618717 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 19.90 on 06-Feb-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.25 on 24-Jun-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 18.80 and Rs. 16.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 690.40 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.05, % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.19 % and 37.76 % respectively.

Nila Infrastructures has entered into an agreement for construction and implementation of project with Vivyan Infraprojects LLP for an amount of Rs 131.67 crore.

The project envisages construction of 1,540 housing units under slum rehabilitation project, at Ramapir No Tekro, Juna Wadaj, Ahmedabad, being executed by Vivyan Infraprojects LLP in PPP mode with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC). The project involves construction of about 800,000 square feet and shall be completed within 24 months.

Nila Infrastructures is a growing entity in the real estate and urban infrastructure space. The company has been engaged in turnkey civic infrastructure constructions, besides the development and marketing of residential real estate schemes.
