Rajshree Sugars moves up on selling entire stake in Trident Sugars

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals is currently trading at Rs. 62.60, up by 0.05 points or 0.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 62.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 63.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 63.50 and Rs. 62.40 respectively. So far 4803 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 89.75 on 16-Jun-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 41.90 on 28-Apr-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 69.00 and Rs. 60.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 177.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.83%, while institutions and non-institutions held 0.04% and 52.13% respectively.

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals has divested its entire equity shareholding in Trident Sugars, the wholly owned subsidiary, on April 3, 2017.

Earlier on November 24 2016, Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals entered into a share purchase agreement with Natems Sugar, for the sale of the wholly-owned subsidiary Company Trident Sugars, having the sugar factory at Telangana.
