Nila Infrastructures strengthens on bagging work order from AMC

Nila Infrastructures is currently trading at Rs. 18.05, up by 0.80 points or 4.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 17.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 17.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 18.50 and Rs. 17.40 respectively. So far 4,77,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 19.90 on 06-Feb-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.25 on 24-Jun-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 18.50 and Rs. 16.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 710.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.19% and 37.76% respectively.

Nila Infrastructures has received a work order from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) towards construction of D K Patel Hall at Ahmedabad. With this, the company forays into yet another activity within Civic Urban Infrastructure.

AMC intends to construct a majestic community hall with all the latest amenities for the benefit of its citizens. The hall could be used for social, religious, and other general community purpose. The project involves built up construction of about 6,000 square meters and shall be completed within 24 months at an envisaged cost of Rs 15.57 crore.

Nila Infrastructures is a growing entity in the real estate and urban infrastructure space. The company has been engaged in turnkey civic infrastructure constructions, besides the development and marketing of residential real estate schemes.
