In continuation to letter dated 20th March, 2017, TCI Developers has informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting of the Company to consider/approve the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter/FY ended 31st March, 2017 scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 17th May, 2017 will now be held on Tuesday, 16th May, 2017. Accordingly, in terms of the Code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will now remain closed with effect from 01st May, 2017 up to 18th May, 2017.
