Rane Engine Valve has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012

The company has posted a fall of 62.69% in its net profit at Rs 1.75 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 4.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 1.37% at Rs 78.25 crore for quarter under review as compared Rs 77.19 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011

For the full year ended March 31, 2012, the company has posted a rise of 92.31% in its net profit at Rs 20.77 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 10.80 crore in the previous year. Total income has increased by 6.49% at Rs 307.01 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 288.31 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
