Shriram EPC bags order worth Rs 165 crore

Shriram EPC has bagged contracts by Kerala Water Authority for creating a water distribution network for the city of Kozhikode and its adjoining villages. As per the order company has to supply and lay of PVC, DI and GI pipes totaling more than 1000 km length. The order value is Rs 165 crore and estimated project completion time is 18 months.

Shriram EPC is the leading service provider of integrated design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management service to power plants, renewable energy projects and metallurgical plants and municipal service sector projects throughout India and manufacturer of wind turbine generators.

The Company began its operations in the biomass power plants business in December 2000 with the execution of the first biomass power plant project in Andhra Pradesh. The biomass power plants business is engaged in the design, engineering and construction of thermal biomass-based power plants.
