Redington India’s overseas step down subsidiary ‘Arena Bilgisayar Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S’ has decided to sell its entire holding of 51% in its subsidiary Adeo Bilisim Danismanlik Hizmetleri San ve Tic AS, Turkey. The company has entered into agreement for sale on March 31, 2017. The consideration to be received from such a sale stands around $1.65 million to be received over a period of time.
