Lancor Holdings soars on getting nod to avail Asset Backed Loan from SBI

Lancor Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 34.25, up by 0.95 points or 2.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 33.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 32.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 34.25 and Rs. 32.55 respectively. So far 39581 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XC' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 37.90 on 18-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 21.80 on 21-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 36.70 and Rs. 32.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 135.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.08%, while non-institutions held 37.92% stake in the company.

Lancor Holdings has received approval to avail Asset Backed Loan (ABL) from the State Bank of India (SBI), overseas branch, Chennai for an amount not exceeding Rs 50 crore against the security of 840815 square feet of immomovable properties situated at Town and Country, Sriperumbudur. The board of company at its meeting held on April 26, 2017 has approved for the same.

Lancor Holdings is a professionally managed property development company, acquiring the business interest of erstwhile DBS Properties and is engaged principally in development of properties in Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
