Arvind plans to raise Rs 500 crore through NCDs

Arvind is planning to issue non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of up to Rs 500 crore on a private placement basis. The board of directors of the company in their meeting, scheduled to be held on May 11, 2017, will consider the same.

Arvind is India’s largest integrated textile player and is one of the oldest and most respected groups in the Textile Business in India. The company is also one of the largest producers of denim fabrics and is supplier to a large number of fashion brands in the world.
