Redington India’s step down subsidiary - Redington Gulf FZE (RGF), has acquired additional 10% stake in Linkplus Bilgisayar Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S, Turkey (Linkplus) from shareholder of Linkplus for a consideration of $0.99 milion. With this the total stake of RGF in Link plus now stands at 90%.
Earlier, RGF had acquired 70% and subsequently 10 % stake in Linkplus. As of March 31, 2017, RGF held 80% shares of Linkplus.
