Mahindra Lifespace Developers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25th July, 2017 to consider, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on 30th June, 2017. In view of the above and pursuant to the Company’s Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 1st June, 2017 to 27th July, 2017. Hence all Designated Persons and their dependent immediate relatives shall not trade or deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window shall remain closed. However, exercise of stock options during the trading window closure period as aforesaid is permitted.
