Jenson & Nicholson surges on plan to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary company

Jenson & Nicholson (India) is currently trading at Rs. 9.77, up by 0.37 points or 3.94 % from its previous closing of Rs. 9.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.77 and Rs. 8.95 respectively.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 17.04 on 09-Mar-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.69 on 29-Sep-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 10.29 and Rs. 8.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 36.56 crore.

Jenson & Nicholson (India) has received an approval to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary company in the name and style of Jenson & Nicholson Colours. The board of directors at their meeting held on June 8, 2017, has approved for the same.

Jenson & Nicholson (India), incorporated as a private limited company, is a pioneer in the Indian paint industry, manufacturing full range of coatings which include architectural, industrial and protective varieties.
