Asia Pack has sold/disposed off its entire holding (10,000 equity shares) in Rhyah Tradex. Consequently, Rhyah Tradex is no longer subsidiary of the company. This step has been taken since last one year Rhyah Tradex was not doing any business and has no assets. The said disposal was duly authorized at the board meeting held on May 29, 2017.
