Amsons Apparels has received an approval to enter into new area of business of trading of agro/agriculture products through acquisition of stake in the company already engaged in trading of agro/agriculture products. The board of directors at its meeting held on June 22, 2017 has approved for the same.
Amsons Apparels is currently engaged in the business of trading of fabrics. It is a multi-product fabric trading company and the range includes fabrics for Silk, Polyester, Lace Fabrics, Netting Fabrics, Coarse Cotton Fabric, suiting, shirting, linen, jute and other fabrics.
