Rai Saheb Rekhchand Mohota Spinning & Weaving Mills has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.

On the standalone basis, the company has reported net profit of Rs 1.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012, against net loss of Rs 0.75 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal. However, total income decreased by 23.58% at Rs 59.85 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 78.32 crore in the year-ago period.

The Company has reported net loss of Rs 2.72 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012, against net profit of Rs 1.08 crore in last fiscal. Total income decreased by 3.38% at Rs 227.06 crore from Rs 235.01 crore in the year-ago period.
