Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mega Nirman & Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 02, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. In terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons from Tuesday, July 25, 2017 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2017. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
