Bimetal Bearings reports 15% fall in Q4 net profit

Bimetal Bearings has registered 15.16% fall in its net profit at Rs 3.19 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 3.76 crore in the year-ago period. However, the total income from operation of the company increased 8.22% to Rs 45.17 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 41.74 crore in the same period of previous fiscal.

For the full year, the company’s net profit rose 40.59% to Rs 12.85 crore from Rs 9.14 crore in 2010-11. The total income went up by 17.68% to Rs 175.30 crore in 2011-12 from Rs 148.96 crore in previous fiscal.
