Bhagyanagar India as acquired 74% of the paid up equity share capital of Solar Dynamics having registered office at S P Road, Secunderabad. Accordingly, Solar Dynamics has become a subsidiary of the company.
Earlier in April, the company received an approval for making investments in solar farms up to a capacity of 5 MW under REC Scheme.
Bhagyanagar India is presently engaged in the manufacture of copper rods, copper foils, copper pipes, copper sheets, annealed bare copper strips; paper insulated copper conductors and insulated copper coils (field coils).
