JK Agri Genetics has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today i.e., 8th August 2017, which commenced at 12.15 P.M. and concluded at 3.0 P.M. have approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2017. Copy of the said results along with Limited Review Report thereon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company is submitted herewith in compliance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July 2016. The results are also being published in the newspapers, in the prescribed format.
