In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015, Godfrey Phillips India has informed that the Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, the 09th day of September, 2017 to Friday, the 15th day of September, 2017 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and also for payment of dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017 as may be declared by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, the 15th September, 2017. Further, pursuant to proviso to clause 43 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that the dividend shall be paid from 20th September, 2017.
