Manaksia Industries has received an approval to set up new subsidiary Company in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka for manufacturing of packaging products of different sizes for supplying to pharmaceuticals, liquor and other Industries by an investment of a sum of $2,00,000 each and any further investment as may be decided from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 16, 2017 has given the approval for the same.
The company has also received an approval for setting up new subsidiary Company in Georgia for medical business, metals, edible items (food grains, etc.) by an investment of a sum of $2,00,000 and any further investment as may be decided from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Manaksia Industries is a multi-division and multi-location conglomerate. The group specializes in the manufacture of packaging products (crowns, closures and metal containers), metal products and fast moving consumer goods, among others.
