Swan Energy executes agreements with Japan based MOL

Swan Energy through its fully owned subsidiaries - Swan LNG (SLPL) and Triumph Offshore (TOPL) (collectively Swan Energy) has executed agreements with Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL), Tokyo, Japan, (a well established & experienced shipping company, specialized in the Operation of LNG carriers (LNG), Floating Storage Units (FSU) and Floating Storage Re-gasification Units (FSRU)), for its India’s first LNG dedicated FSRU Port Project at Jafrabad, Gujarat. The LNG port project is first of its kind, all weather green field port project being developed by SLPL.

It has executed pre-order Technical Support Agreement, by and between TOPL and MOL; Supervision Agreement, by and among SLPL, TOPL and MOL; agreement for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for Floating Storage Unit (FSU) between SLPL and Regas Venture India One (RVIOPL), a fully owned subsidiary of MOL; agreement for the O&M for Floating Storage and Re-gasification Unit (FSRU), between SLPL and RVIOPL and FSU Bareboat Charter Agreement, by and between SLPL and MOL.

Swan Energy is engaged in trading in fabric as well as in development of properties. Their activity includes manufacturing and marketing of cotton and polyester sarees and shirtings in India. The company also engaged in the business of Textiles, Property Development.
